    My client are a civil engineering consultancy that supply into various UK industries.
    They have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Project Manager to be an integral part of the Rail & Transportation team, delivering part of the west midlands portfolio, working on electrification, lineside structures, stations, platforms and track projects.
    Key Responsibilities:

    Accountable for the issue of the roles and responsibilities to the project team. (Managing multiple project teams in a matrix org)
    Supporting bids and tenders
    Accountable for the development, review update and assessment of the project staff.
    Responsible for the assessment of core project processes and monitoring of Industry and legal procedures
    Accountable for appropriate monitoring and stakeholder management.
    Managing design teams
    Accountable for commercial controls at a Profit and Loss level.
    Responsible for P&L reports, lookahead reports and Supply Chain reports
    Commercial reports and communications, (EWNs, NCE, CONS)
    Take ownership of Stakeholder management plans

    About you:

    Extensive rail civils experience / project management
    Risk assessment experience
    Extensive experience in subcontract & supply chain management
    Experienced in NEC
    Related Engineering or Business high level qualifications
    APM Membership (Preferable)
    Commercial and financial training
    Strong communication skills and stakeholder management
    Strive for continuous improvement and high performance
    Effective people manager and leader
    Knows how to develop a client relationship
